Fire Fighting and Fire Safety Equipment and Security Walk-Through Checking Gate

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) Islamabad is procuring fire fighting and fire safety equipment along with a security walk-through checking gate under a one-year framework agreement. This procurement is aimed at enhancing safety and security measures at the IBCC premises located at Plot # 25, Street # 38, I & T Center, G-10/4, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Fire Fighting Equipment - Fire Safety Equipment - Security Walk-Through Checking Gate The procurement process will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2004 (as amended). Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities are invited to participate. Tender documents can be obtained from the IBCC Head Office in Islamabad during office hours upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable Tender Document Fee of PKR 500. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 750,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of IBCC. Bids must include separately sealed Technical and Financial Proposals and be submitted on or before 17 August 2026 by 09:30 A.M. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The IBCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Prospective bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including PEC registration if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the Technical Proposal to clearly demonstrate compliance with specifications and eligibility requirements, as this will be evaluated separately before the Financial Proposal is considered. Timely submission and proper bid security are critical to avoid disqualification.
