The scope includes fire extinguishers of various types and capacities, fire hose cabinets, fire hose reels, seamless MS piping, water flow devices, fire rated doors, fire blankets, personal protective equipment (PPE), passive fire protection works, and associated civil works such as core cutting and masonry modifications.
The fire detection system component includes addressable fire alarm control panels, beam detectors, smoke detectors, zone control interfaces, alarm sounders, flashers, manual call points, fire alarm loop cables, emergency lights, fire exit signs, and related civil works. The external works involve fire pump sets, breeching inlets, pillar fire hydrants, hydrant cabinets, and alarm check valve assemblies, all compliant with NFPA standards.
Eligible bidders must be OEMs or authorized dealers with backup support services in Pakistan and demonstrate financial capability with an annual turnover of at least PKR 600 million supported by audited financial statements. They must provide technical data, OEM authorization, warranty compliance, and proof of experience with at least three similar projects completed in the last five years. The tender requires earnest money of PKR 2,000,000 and a tender fee of PKR 2,000. Offers must be valid for 120 days and submitted in sealed envelopes separately for technical and financial bids. Delivery and installation are expected within 120 days of contract award. Warranty of five years is required with after-sales support including free quarterly maintenance during the warranty period.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical specifications and drawings, visit the site for assessment, and ensure compliance with all tender conditions. Submission must be made by hand or post to HQ NLC Harding Road RA Bazar Near AFIRM Rawalpindi before the deadline. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
