Tender Description
The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology invites sealed bids under PPRA rules 2014 (amended) for multiple procurement categories in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant Tax Departments of the Government of Pakistan.
Items being procured:
- Supply & Installation of Fire Suppression System & Fire Safety Equipment for RIC Rawalpindi & NSCC Samli Murree
- Supplementary Tender for Repair & Maintenance of Medical & Lab Equipment for RIC Rawalpindi & NSCC Samli Murree
- Supplementary Tender for Repair & Maintenance of Plant & Machinery for RIC Rawalpindi & NSCC Samli Murree
- Hiring for Consultancy Services of Supply & Installation of VRF in New OPD Building at RIC Rawalpindi
The scope includes supply, installation, repair, and maintenance of fire safety systems, medical and laboratory equipment, and plant machinery. Consultancy services are also required for the installation of VRF systems in the new OPD building. Bidders must submit fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee @ 2% of the estimated price as Bid Security, refundable through PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The bidding documents containing terms and conditions and quantities are available free of cost on the websites of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and related portals.
This tender follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System as per the schedule. The tender submission deadline and opening date are both on Saturday, 17-10-2026, with submission by 10:00 AM and opening at 10:30 AM. The Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements including PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money submission. Timely submission through the official e-procurement portal is critical to avoid disqualification.
