The Khirthar Canal Division Usta Muhammad is inviting sealed bids for the construction of a flood protection bund around Goth Mir Abdullah Umrani in District Usta Muhammad under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI) Phase-III for the year 2026-2027. This procurement is based on the composite schedule of rates 2026 issued by the Government of Balochistan. The department is seeking experienced contractors/firms to execute the following work: - Construction of Flood Protection Bund around Goth Mir Abdullah Umrani District Usta Muhammad (BSDI Phase-III 2026-2027), Estimated Cost: Rs. 15 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 300,000, Tender Fee: Rs. 1,500 The technical scope involves the construction of a robust flood protection structure to safeguard the specified area, requiring expertise in civil works and flood management. Bidders must possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category with CE04 Irrigation specialization, have completed at least three similar contracts, and demonstrate an average turnover of 70% of each project cost during the last two years. Fresh bank certificates, valid NTN, ATL, and BRA registration certificates are mandatory. All supporting documents must be attached, and non-compliance will result in disqualification. Bidding documents can be obtained from the B-PPRA website or the office of the undersigned upon payment of the tender fee via Green Challan in NBP. The deadline for submission is 15th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with the technical bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. Bids remain valid for ninety days.
