Provision of Food and Catering Services for IST Convocation at Jinnah Convention Center

The Institute of Space Technology (IST), a public sector university, invites e-bids from eligible firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and registered on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 for the provision of food and catering services. This procurement is specifically for the IST Convocation event to be held at the Jinnah Convention Center on the 27th and 28th of October 2026 in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Provision of Food and Catering Services for IST Convocation at Jinnah Convention Center on 27th and 28th October 2026 Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, comply with FBR requirements for applicable taxes, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) where applicable. Eligibility, qualification, and authorization requirements are detailed in the respective e-Bidding Documents, which include specifications, terms, evaluation criteria, bid security, and other conditions. These documents are available for download from EPADS 2.0, the PPRA website, and the IST official website (www.ist.edu.pk). E-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 19 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and applicable PPRA regulations. IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the rules. Any amendments or clarifications will be communicated through EPADS, PPRA, and IST's official website.
