Supply of Food Grains, Pulses, Sugar, and Miscellaneous Ration Items for Punjab Jails 2026-27

Punjab Prisons Department invites e-bids for the supply of food grains, pulses, sugar, and various ration items for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number CB-02-2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk), and all interested suppliers must submit their bids online by 26 October 2026, 02:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM at the office of the Inspector General of Prisons, Lahore. Suppliers must ensure compliance with the specifications and quality standards as per the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Only registered suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible to participate. Earnest Money (Bid Security) at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Bank Guarantee or Online Bank Transfer (PSID) as per instructions in the bidding documents. All bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and registered with Punjab Sales Tax. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee at 5% of the contract value. Bids must be submitted online only; no manual submissions will be accepted.
