Supply of Sports Items and Arrangement of Tent Services for Student Week at Comsats University Islamabad

Comsats University Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of sports items and arrangement of tent services for the Student Week event scheduled to commence on November 11, 2026. This procurement includes supply of trophies and medals, tent and party tent services, player kits, and banners to be delivered and installed at the university premises in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Trophies (Winner & Runner-up) with printed/engraved inscription strips, 10 sets - Medals for Winners & Runners-Up (Gold & Silver), 10 sets - Tent services for opening ceremony including entrance stand, canopy with stage, sound system, stage tables, sofa set, foam chairs, iron table - Tent services for competition days including chairs for spectators and officials (200 chairs), shamiana/tent with kanaat (7 tents) - Player kits: Half-sleeve shirts made of micro-interlock fabric, 400 sets - Stage banner of 15 ft × 10 ft The technical scope covers provision of quality trophies, medals, and sports kits manufactured with specified materials, and comprehensive tent services including stage setup, sound system, and seating arrangements for ceremonies and competition days. All items must meet the specifications provided by Comsats University Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR (NTN and GST), and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Submission of samples is mandatory for kits, trophies, and medals. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is required.
