Establish Operate Maintain Foreign Currency Exchange Booth at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is inviting tenders for the concession to establish, operate and maintain a Foreign Currency Exchange Booth / Counter at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This opportunity is specifically for registered companies, firms, joint ventures or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation and sound financial background. The concession period is five years or till whichever is earlier with a 10% annual enhancement on cumulative basis during subsequent years. Items being procured: - Establishment of Foreign Currency Exchange Booth / Counter - Operation and Maintenance of the Booth - Outsourcing services related to the booth The booth is located inside Room No. 2314, Concourse Area, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi (Eastern Side) at Level-II of the Terminal. The tender process follows a single stage / two envelopes basis requiring separate sealed Technical and Financial offers. The technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of Officer In-charge, Commercial, Room No. 3016-17, Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi upon submission of a written request with CNIC and NTN certificate along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000/- via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience, financial soundness, and compliance with PAA dues. Advance Income Tax will be deducted under Section 236-A of Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Fake or bogus documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The tender submission deadline is 11-08-2026 by 11:00 hrs at the Main Conference Room (Room No. 6035), Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hrs the same day. Late or conditional tenders will not be entertained.
