Frame Agreement for Housekeeping & Janitorial Services in NTR-II, North-II

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids from potential bidders with relevant experience and PEC registration to develop unit-based frame rates for Housekeeping & Janitorial Services in NTR-II, North-II region. The contract will be a regional framework agreement for a period of three years from the contract signing date. PTCL will issue Purchase Orders to contracted vendors on a need/demand basis and does not guarantee any minimum purchase or order volume. Items being procured: - Housekeeping Services - Janitorial Services Tender documents can be obtained from PTCL Telephone House, Mall Road, Peshawar Cantt upon submission of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- through a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited. Alternatively, tender documents can be obtained in soft form via email by contacting tariq.saeed3@ptclgroup.com or atif.nawaz@ptclgroup.com. Queries can be raised by 10-Oct-2026, and separate technical and commercial bids must be submitted by or before 17-Oct-2026. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of PKR 100,000/- as security in the form of CDR/DD in the name of PTCL OTR NORTH MCA. Cheques are not acceptable. Vendor registration is mandatory, and unregistered vendors must register with PTML for good business relations. All rates must be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process without liability. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids before the deadline and carefully follow the instructions in the tender documents. It is advisable to maintain clear communication with the procurement office for any clarifications to avoid disqualification.
