Tender Description
The Crime Control Department Rawalpindi Region is inviting sealed bids for a frame work contract covering multiple procurement heads for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is specifically for suppliers and contractors capable of providing a diverse range of goods and services to support the department's operational needs in Rawalpindi.
Items being procured:
- Others Miscellaneous Items (Estimated Cost: 18 Million PKR)
- Stationary Items (Estimated Cost: 1.5 Million PKR)
- Computer (Hardware/Software/IT Equipment) (Estimated Cost: 1 Million PKR)
- Repair of Furniture, Fixture & Machinery (Estimated Cost: 0.5 Million PKR)
- Repair of Transport (Estimated Cost: 0.5 Million PKR)
- Repair of Office Buildings (Estimated Cost: 11 Million PKR)
- Purchase of Furniture & Purchase of Plant & Machinery (Estimated Cost: 3.2 Million PKR)
The scope of work includes supply and repair services for office furniture, IT hardware and software, stationary, transport repair, and building maintenance. The contract will cover the regional office premises and related facilities in Rawalpindi. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date) with a single stage-two envelope bidding procedure.
Eligible bidders must be experienced and financially sound firms registered with FBR and PRA, possessing valid NTN, Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Professional Tax certificates. PEC registration and relevant experience in similar government contracts will be advantageous.
The tender submission deadline is **19-08-2026** by 10:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) portal. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firms. Earnest Money in the form of 3% bid security must be submitted through PSID from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
