Frame Work Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposables for Govt. Mian Meer Hospital Lahore FY 2026-2027

Govt. Mian Meer Hospital Lahore invites bids for frame work contracts for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement is open to eligible firms/agencies with sound financial background and valid drug sale license (Category A) on Form 9. The hospital is located in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Frame Work contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (Multi National) as per Annex A - Lot 2: Frame Work contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (National) as per Annex B - Lot 3: Frame Work contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (Medical Devices and Surgical Disposable items) as per Annex C The estimated cost for Lot 1 is Rs 1.5 million, Lot 2 is Rs 5.0 million, and Lot 3 is Rs 3.5 million, totaling Rs 10.0 million. Bidders must provide 2% bid security as specified: Rs 30,000 for Lot 1, Rs 100,000 for Lot 2, and Rs 70,000 for Lot 3. The bids will be processed on the basis of maximum discount percentage from retail price fixed by DRAP in line with Health & Population Department guidelines. Eligible bidders can download bidding documents from PPRA and EP Punjab websites. Technical bids must include a valid CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft valid for 180 days from a scheduled bank. Hard copies of bids must be submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. Funding is provided by the Govt. of Punjab/ District Health Authority/ Health Council and Health Insurance Program. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The closing date and time for submission is 12th September 2026 at 10:00 am, with opening at 11:00 am on the same day.
