The University of Education Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on an Item Wise Basis from eligible firms, companies, or sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Stationary - Printing & Publication materials - Chemical & Glass items - Generic Consumables - General Other items - Medical and Laboratory Equipment - Other Stores & Stock-Others - Purchase of Machinery & Equipment - Purchase of IT Equipment The tender covers a wide range of goods including electric, stationery, printing, toners, chemicals, and other store items as detailed in the tender document. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per PPRA 2014 rules, open to all eligible bidders. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. A duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper must be uploaded along with bid documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to request original affidavits for physical verification if deemed necessary. The bidding documents containing terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available free of cost at the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. E-bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives under PPRA Rule 30(1). Bid validity is 90 days from the date of advertisement appearance on the PPRA website. The closing date for submission is Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements.
