Tender Description
The Medical Superintendent of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan DHQ Hospital Faisalabad invites sealed bids on a frame work rate contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders include companies, firms, and authorized distributors with a financially sound background, registered with income tax (Filer) and sales tax (Active), and authorized sales and service dealers or chain pharmacies (Form 9).

- Frame work contract for local purchase of Medicines, Disposable Items, SSP Medicines
- Frame work contract for local purchase of Dialysis Items, SSP
The procurement covers local purchase of medicines, disposable items, and dialysis items under the State Support Program (SSP). Payment will be disbursed through the Health Council Budget after the Health Council Meeting. The bidding process will be conducted through the E-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System) platform at https://Punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must register as suppliers on E-PADS to access bidding documents.
Bidding follows the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). Technical bids will be opened on 10-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in shape of CDR from any scheduled bank in favor of the Medical Superintendent. The successful bidders will deposit 5% performance guarantee in CDR or bank draft form. Delivery time for dialysis items is 2 days and for medicine/surgical disposable items is day to day within 24 hours.
Bidding documents must be accompanied by a bid security valid for 120 days in the form of CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank. Original CDR must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office on the same day, half an hour before bid opening, or the bidder will be disqualified. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules and NTN & Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
The tender is open to all eligible bidders with valid PEC registration if applicable. The estimated cost is bold PKR 35 Million. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date at the Medical Superintendent's office. The URL for PPRA is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Viewtender.aspx.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your original CDR is physically submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office half an hour before bid opening to avoid disqualification. Also, register early on the E-PADS platform to access all bidding documents and updates.
