Frame Work Contract for PBM Funded Purchase of National Medicines/Multi-National Medicines/Surgical/Orthopedic for FY 2026-27

The Medical Superintendent of Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites E-bids from well reputed medicines firms and pharmacies having a valid Pharmacy Retail Drug Sale License registered on E-Procurement and also registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and are on Active Taxpayers list for day to day purchase of PBM Funded National/Multi-National Medicines, Surgical and Orthopedic items for the financial year 2026-27 through E-Tendering. Items being procured: - National Medicines - Multi-National Medicines - Surgical items - Orthopedic items Tender forms are available on the PPRA website and E-Procurement on e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System portal. The bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority 2014 (amended Jan 2016). Bidders must submit a 1% Bid Security in the name of Medical Superintendent Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi, valid for 120 days, in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidders are requested to provide their best and final discounted prices in favor of needy patients. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. The submission deadline is 10-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement portal.
