The District Head Quarters Hospital M. B. Din invites sealed bids through E-PAD from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers, suppliers, and firms for the supply of various items and services for the financial year 2026-27 in Mandi Bahauddin. Items being procured: - Package-1: Frame work contract for purchase of X-Ray Films & Radiology Accessories - Package-2: Frame work contract for purchase of Miscellaneous & General Store Items - Package-3: Frame work contract for purchase of Dental Items - Package-4: Frame work contract for purchase of Printing Materials - Package-5: Frame work contract for purchase of Stationary Items - Package-6: Frame work contract for procurement of Laundry & other Services The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date) using Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) procedures. Interested E-PAD registered bidders may download bidding documents from the E Pak Acquisition and Disposal System or Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be uploaded on E-PADS on or before 10:30 a.m. dated 29-10-2026. A Bid Security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan must be delivered to the procuring agency before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 11:30 a.m. on the same date in the office of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin. In case the date of opening or last date of sale is declared a public holiday, the next official working day shall be deemed the date of submission and opening of tenders.
