Private Practice Premium Clinics located at Ground Floor, Park Towers, Karachi, invites sealed bids for the sale of its medical and non-medical assets. The assets include a variety of medical equipment such as Endoscope, X-Ray Machine, Ultrasound Machine, Bronchoscope, Surgical Lights & Tables, Defibrillators with ECG Monitors, Hospital Beds, Examination Couches, and others. Additionally, non-medical assets and fixtures are offered including Sofas, Chairs, Air Conditioners, Electrical Installations, Workstations, Counters, Reception Setup, Racks, False Ceiling, Wooden Flooring, Trolleys, and other fixtures and equipment. Inspection of the assets is scheduled from October 12 to October 15, 2026, during office hours. Interested parties are invited to submit sealed bids with itemized rates on the prescribed format by the deadline of October 16, 2026. A 10% earnest money of the total quoted bid value must be submitted through crossed cheque or pay order along with the bid. Bids without earnest money will not be considered. All assets are offered on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. The dismantling, removal, loading, and transportation of the assets shall be entirely at the buyer's cost and responsibility. The right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason is reserved.
