Bidders must submit bids electronically via Punjab e-PS. The bid security is 5% of the allocated amount per lot and must be submitted electronically. The contract is valid for 120 days from receipt of bids and may be extended for up to two additional financial years subject to satisfactory performance. Eligible bidders must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. The lowest bidder will deposit a performance security up to 10% of the contract cost electronically.
