Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat invites E-bids for the Financial Year 2026-2027 from firms having established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial capabilities for the following items: Items being procured: - Frame Work Contract X-Ray & CT-scan films (re-tender 1) for FY 2026-27 - Repair & Maintenance and Complete Functionality of Solar Panel System for FY 2026-27 These procurements will be made through open tender as per instructions of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department Government of Punjab Lahore and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications can be downloaded online at PPRA and E-Procurement websites. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement system following Rule 12 of PPRA and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required for each item. Successful bidders must furnish 5% Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Medical Superintendent, Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat. All federal and provincial taxes apply and must be included in the rates offered. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in complete conformity with bidding documents.
