Frame Work Contracts for THQ Hospital Chowk Sarwar Shaheed Financial Year 2026-2027

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Chowk Sarwar Shaheed invites e-bids from eligible bidders for frame work contracts for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Frame Work Contract (Lab Kits & Chemicals) - Frame Work Contract (X-Ray Films & Chemicals) - Frame Work Contract (Surgical & Disposable Items) - Frame Work Contract (Printing) - Frame Work Contract (Stationery) - Frame Work Contract (Medical Gasses) - Frame Work Contract (Linen Items) - Frame Work Contract (IT Equipment) - Frame Work Contract (Transportation of Medicine) - Frame Work Contract (General Store Items) - Frame Work Contract (Local Purchase of Medicines, Surgical/Disposables) - Frame Work Contract (Dental Material) - Frame Work Contract (Eye Department Items) The contracts cover a wide range of hospital supplies including lab kits, chemicals, X-ray films, surgical disposables, printing, stationery, medical gases, linen, IT equipment, medicine transportation, general store items, local purchase of medicines, dental materials, and eye department items. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Chowk Sarwar Shaheed. If the submission date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Taxes and stamp duty will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and sales tax registration certificates must be provided. The bidding documents are available immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and PPRA website. The Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) shall apply.
