Frame Work for Providing RPC Manhole Covers in City Rahim Yar Khan for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rahim Yar Khan invites tenders for a development scheme under the Punjab e-Procurement System by the Punjab Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The bids must include a digital bid security/e-Bid Security of 5% of the estimated bid cost in favor of the Managing Director, WASA Rahim Yar Khan. Performance Guarantee in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee valid for 3 months beyond the completion date is required. Insurance company guarantees are not accepted. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration with relevant category codes, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money deposit. The lowest bidder with at least 5% below the sanctioned estimated cost will be bound to deposit performance security as per PPRA rules. Bids will be valid for 90 days.
