Improvement of Water Supply Scheme and Supply & Erection of LED Street Light in Kallar Syedan

Municipal Committee Kallar Syedan invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) 2026-27 in Category C4 & Above with relevant PEC Specialization Codes CE-09(ii) and EE06, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) having Active Taxpayer Status for execution of works based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 (District Rawalpindi). Items being procured: - Improvement of Water Supply Scheme, MC Kallar Syedan - Supply & Erection of LED Street Light in Different Areas (Phase-III), MC Kallar Syedan The scope includes installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply pipelines, pumping, tube wells, water treatment works, and supply and erection of LED street lights in various locations within Kallar Syedan. Bidders must quote rates on an item-rate basis against each item of the approved BOQ, including 16% PRA, and submit bid security of 5% of the estimated cost electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligibility requires PEC registration in Category C4 & Above with specialization codes CE-09(ii) and EE06, valid FBR and PRA registration, and active taxpayer status. Bidders quoting 5% or more below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security up to 10% within 15 days of tender receipt.
