Framework Agreement for Procurement of Common Use Items Including Fans, Security Uniforms, File Covers, Photocopier Machines, Automotive Batteries, Cotton Rags, Papers, Fire Fighting Equipment, and Welding Electrodes

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Lahore invites eligible suppliers to participate in a framework agreement for the procurement of various common use items. This procurement covers a wide range of products including fans, security uniforms, file covers and boards, photocopier machines, automotive batteries, cotton rags, papers, fire fighting equipment, and welding electrodes. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-2026 and aims to supply these essential items to all WAPDA formations across Pakistan. The technical scope involves supplying high-quality materials suitable for operational and administrative use within WAPDA. Suppliers must ensure compliance with specifications detailed in the e-bidding documents available on the EPADS portal. The procurement process follows the Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar items and valid PEC registration where applicable will strengthen the bid. Bidders should download the bidding documents exclusively from the EPADS website and submit their electronic bids before the closing date of 14th May 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at specified times for each category in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Chief Engineer / Director General (Purchase & Disposal) WAPDA Lahore. The submission deadline and bid opening times are strictly enforced. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or CDR as required and ensure all technical and financial documents are complete and uploaded correctly on EPADS. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. Familiarity with the EPADS system and early submission can avoid last-minute technical issues.
