Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Department Balochistan invites bids for a significant framework agreement concerning the dismantling and rehabilitation work focused on the uplifting and redevelopment of Rakni Model Bazar in Rakni District Barkhan. This tender is issued by the Superintending Engineer Remodeling of Rakni Bazar Project CW PP&H Department Rakni District Barkhan, emphasizing local development and infrastructure improvement.

Bidders should have completed at least three assignments of similar nature. A bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory, issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Blacklisting or debarment from Pakistan government contracts will disqualify bidders.
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Superintending Engineer Remodeling of Rakni Bazar Project upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000, deposited via Green Challan Form in the National Bank of Pakistan under account 02716. Documents are also downloadable from www.bppra.org.pk, but bidders must submit the Green Challan Form one day prior to bid opening.
The last date for bid submission is **10 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Superintending Engineer. The bid validity period is ninety (90) days.
