Framework Agreement for Rehabilitation and Repair of Roads, Footpaths, Storm Water Drains, Manholes and Road Marking at Different Roads of Rawalpindi City

Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 in relevant categories and having valid registration with FBR and PRA (active filer NTN & PNTN) to participate in E-Tendering through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure strictly in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Framework Agreement for Rehabilitation / Repair of Roads, Footpaths, Storm Water Drains, Manholes & Road Marking at different Roads of City, Rawalpindi – Group-B: Repair/ Construction of Drain & Footpath - Framework Agreement for Rehabilitation / Repair of Roads, Footpaths, Storm Water Drains, Manholes & Road Marking at different Roads of City, Rawalpindi – Group-C: Traffic Component (Pavement Marking Road Studs and Cat Eyes) The scope includes comprehensive repair and rehabilitation works on roads, footpaths, storm water drains, manholes, and road marking across various locations in Rawalpindi city. The contract duration is 12 months for each group. Contractors must submit a Bid Security/Earnest Money equal to 2% of the estimated cost via digital online payment through the Punjab e-procurement system. Physical bids or manual guarantees will not be accepted. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Performance Security of 5% in the form of a Digital Performance Guarantee is required, valid for 3 months beyond contract completion. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 29.10.2026 by 12:00 p.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 p.m. on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
