Framework Agreement for Supply of Medicines to Wapda Fortified Dispensary Barotha-Attock

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Fortified Dispensary Barotha invites sealed bids from eligible local chemists and pharmacies for a subsequent closed framework agreement. This agreement is for the on-demand supply of local purchase medicines and disposables on a daily basis to entitled patients through green slips at the dispensary in Barotha, Attock. The contract will remain valid for one year. Items being procured: - Supply of medicines - Supply of disposables Bidders must be chemists or pharmacies holding a valid drug sale license and registered with FBR with active NTN and STRN for the supply of medicines. The bidding process is open to all local applicants who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Prescribed bidding documents can be obtained from the WAPDA Fortified Dispensary Barotha-Attock during office hours (08:00 am to 03:00 pm) upon payment of Rs. 1000/- non-refundable via pay order or bank draft in favor of the Lady Medical Officer Incharge. Sealed bids must be submitted by 21 September 2026 at 11:00 am. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of participants at the office of the Lady Medical Officer Incharge, WAPDA Fortified Dispensary Barotha-Attock. Incomplete, conditional, or late quotations will not be entertained. The Medical Officer Incharge reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in accordance with Public Procurement Rules.
