Tender Description
Children Hospital Faisalabad invites e-Bids from bidders including manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading, registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (EP->https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. The procuring agency is Children Hospital Faisalabad. The procurement is for a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 (2nd tender) covering the supply of drugs, medicines, medical devices, surgical dressings, and auto disable syringes.

The procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, amended up to date, using a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPR-2014. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions in English are available after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement portal.
Bid security of 2% of the estimated price of each quoted item/lot must be deposited in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Children Hospital Faisalabad, through the digital system (I-Bill & PSID) via Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted online on or before 15-10-2026 at 09:00 am on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
