Procurement of 1-Z-Fold Haemostatic Gauze Dressing for Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi

Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of general store items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is planned within the current financial year and quantities may be amended or decreased at the time of placing the order. Items being procured: - 1-Z-FOLD Haemostatic Gauze Dressing (Part No Z20/PZT-9390-A, Unit: Nos) Bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), authorized distributors or suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and registered with Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP) or Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A) or any Ordnance Depot of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL along with a separate envelope for Vendor Profile / Qualification Documents. The bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value must be deposited within five working days of intimation from COD Rawalpindi. The technical specifications and detailed formats for vendor profile, financial proposal, and terms and conditions are provided in annexures A to E. Bids must be delivered to Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi Cantonment before 1030 hours on 9 October 2026. Opening of bids will be held on the same day at 1100 hours in the Conference Room of COD Rawalpindi with bidders' representatives in attendance. For participation, collection of tender documents is mandatory from the Local Purchase Branch COD Rawalpindi. Failure to submit complete documents or separate envelopes for technical, financial, and vendor profile proposals will lead to outright rejection. Bidder must provide valid proof of eligibility, capacity, and compliance with legal and procedural requirements. Valid samples must be provided at the place and time specified during evaluation. Prices must be quoted in Pak Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties, delivered DDP Rawalpindi.
