Framework Contract for Purchase of Hematology IBCI Reagents on Reagent Rental Basis

Punjab Thalassaemia and other Genetic Disorders Prevention and Research Institute (PTGD) Lahore invites bids for a framework contract for the purchase of Hematology IBCI reagents on a reagent rental basis. This procurement is part of the fiscal year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The department is focused on preventing Thalassaemia Major and other genetic disorders in Punjab Province. The tender follows a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The original bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of each item and must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender title before the e-bid submission deadline. The original CDR must be delivered on or before the opening time at the office of the Director General, PTGD Lahore. E-bids without original CDR, pay order, or demand draft from any schedule bank will be rejected. The last date for submission and opening of tenders is 28-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. The Director General reserves the right to increase the quantity of the tender item up to 15% as per PPRA rules 2014.
