Framework Contract for Hiring Labourers/Helpers/Muawans to Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore invites tenders for a framework contract to hire labourers/helpers/muawans on an outsourcing basis for a period of three years from 16-09-2026 to 15-09-2029, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Labourers/Helpers/Muawans (Male) 300 Nos. - Labourers/Helpers/Muawans (Female) 20 Nos. The contract involves providing manpower services to BISE Lahore at 86 Mozang Road, Lahore. The number of labourers/helpers/muawans may be adjusted as per office requirements. The estimated cost for this framework contract is bold PKR 253,440,000. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage Two Envelopes as per rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014 and Rule 15 (1)&(2) of PPRA (updated). A bid security of 5% of the estimated price/cost amounting to PKR 12,672,000 is required along with a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount. Firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax if applicable.
