Framework Contract for Procurement of Items and Services for Muharram-ul-Haram, Ramzan Package, Christmas, New Year's Celebrations, General/Local Government Elections, VVIP Movements, Flood Relief, Contingency Budget and Miscellaneous Events in Kasur

The Deputy Commissioner Kasur invites bids for a framework contract for procurement of items and services on purchase or rental basis for various events including Muharram-ul-Haram, Ramzan Package, Christmas, New Year's Celebrations, General and Local Government Elections, VVIP Movements and Visits, Flood Relief Operations, Contingency Budget, and other unforeseen events during the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Items and services for Muharram-ul-Haram - Ramzan Package - Christmas and New Year's Celebrations - General and Local Government Elections - VVIP Movements and Visits - Flood Relief Operation - Contingency Budget and Miscellaneous / Unforeseen Events The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System with tenders to be submitted online by 28th August 2026 at 10:30 AM. The technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority with valid NTN, GST, and PST. Earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to Rs. 1.00 Million at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted through any scheduled bank in the name of Deputy Commissioner Kasur. The contractors or bidders shall submit the CDR online through PSID on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Offline or scanned copies of CDR will not be accepted. The contract covers supply and services for the complete event/arrangement in Kasur district as required by the procuring agency. Quality of goods and services must meet the standards specified in the bidding documents. Vendors must provide items/goods/services as per the supply order issued by the procuring agency. The procurement committee will verify samples before opening technical bids and will announce proposed rates in the presence of bidders. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without explanation and may increase or decrease quantities. The firm must submit a financial instrument in hard copy along with uploading on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The contract will remain valid for the entire financial year 2026-27. No conditional or telephonic tenders will be entertained. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the Punjab E-Procurement System instructions and ensure timely submission.
