Framework Contract for Procurement of Laboratory Columns FY 2026-27

The Drugs Testing Laboratory Punjab Bahawalpur under the Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, invites E-Bids for a framework contract for the procurement of laboratory columns for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is open to concerned registered vendors including suppliers, firms, companies, and distributors who have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis as per the specifications detailed in the standard bidding document. Items being procured: - Laboratory Columns The bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and collected free of cost from the office of the Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Bahawalpur, located at Jhangi Wala Road near Civil Hospital Bahawalpur. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of the lot, payable through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP). The procurement process will follow an open competitive bidding procedure under the Single Stage-Two Envelope method as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22 August 2026 at 10:30 AM in the meeting room of the Drugs Testing Laboratory, Bahawalpur. All bids must be uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System by or before the closing date and time of 29 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
