Tender Description
The Govt. Said Mitha Teaching Hospital Lahore invites reputable bidders to submit E-Bids online through the E-Procurement System (EPAD) website http://ep.punjab.gov.pk for the framework contract bulk purchase of laboratory kits and chemicals.

The procurement will be conducted through EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible for participation. Bidding documents containing detailed Terms and Conditions will be available for registered bidders on EPADS and the PPRA website. The scanned copy of original bid security must be attached in the Technical Bid submitted on EPADS, while the original bid security must be submitted physically to the Purchase Cell on or before the bid submission date and time, failing which the bid will be rejected.
Bidders must comply with PPRA Rules 2014, including single stage, two envelope bidding procedure. Only one bid per person is allowed; multiple bids will be rejected. E-Bids must have proper index and checklist or risk rejection. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance without justification.
The tender is specific to Lahore and requires bidders to be familiar with local procurement regulations and submission procedures. The bid security is estimated at 2% of the bid value.
