Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines and Medical Supplies at THQ Hospital 18-Hazari Jhang

The Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, invites contractors and firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax to participate in the framework contract for local purchase of various medical and general items at THQ Hospital 18-Hazari, Jhang for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) and detailed bidding documents are also available on the PPRA Punjab website. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (8 Million PKR) - Framework Contract for Purchase of General Store Items (3 Million PKR) - Framework Contract for Purchase of Medical Gases (2 Million PKR) - Framework Contract for Purchase of Printing and Stationery (2 Million PKR) - Framework Contract for Purchase of X-Ray Items (2 Million PKR) - Framework Contract for Purchase of IT Items (1 Million PKR) - Framework Contract for Purchase of Laboratory and Blood Bank Supplies (2 Million PKR) - Framework Contract for Purchase of Dental Supplies (1 Million PKR) The contracts cover procurement of medicines, general store items, medical gases, printing and stationery, X-ray items, IT items, laboratory and blood bank supplies, and dental supplies for the hospital. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with PPRA rules. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted online via PSID. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10 AM on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital 18-Hazari, Jhang. The single stage two envelope bidding procedure will be followed. Any bid submitted in any other format will be rejected.
