Framework Contract for the Procurement of LP Medicine/Medical Devices for Financial Year 2026-27 at THQ Hospital Kot Addu

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Kot Addu invites e-bids from eligible bidders holding a valid Pharmacy (Form-9) License issued by the competent authority and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of LP Medicines/Medical Devices (Day-to-Day) under a Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with applicable procurement rules. Items being procured: - Frame Work Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines/Medical Devices (Day-to-Day) Bidding documents are immediately available on the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal and PPRA website after publication. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 1.0% of the estimated procurement value electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Only electronically submitted Bid Security is valid. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal by 16th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Office of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Kot Addu. If the submission date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Taxes and Stamp Duty will be deducted as per applicable Government Rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) shall apply throughout the procurement process.
