Tender Description
The THQ Hospital Sohawa, District Jhelum, invites e-bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors, and firms only from District Jhelum for the supply of various medical and general items for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, located in Sohawa.

- Framework Contract of LP Medicines, Disposables & Surgical (Day To Day) Items (Estimated Price: 6 Million PKR)
- Framework Contract for Purchase of Laboratory Items (4 Million PKR)
- Framework Contract for Purchase of General Store Items (3 Million PKR)
- Framework Contract for Purchase of X-Ray & Radiology Items (0.7 Million PKR)
- Framework Contract for Purchase of Printing Items (1 Million PKR)
- Framework Contract for Purchase of Dental Material (0.6 Million PKR)
- Framework Contract for Purchase of Medical Gases (0.6 Million PKR)
The technical scope covers supply of medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory consumables, general store items, X-ray and radiology equipment items, printing materials, dental materials, and medical gases. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have valid NTN and sales tax certificates. Experience in supplying to government health institutions is preferred. The bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-procurement system and must be submitted electronically only. Manual submissions are not allowed.
The tender follows the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended) under a single stage-two envelope procedure. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per the estimated price for each lot. Bids will be opened on 11-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Sohawa. The last date for submission is 11-08-2026 at 10:30 AM.
