Vendors must be registered with the e-procurement system of PPRA Punjab and submit bids through the online portal. Bid security is 2% of the estimated value for framework contracts and Rs. 50,000 for registration categories. The procurement follows PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Vendors for limited purchase must have a valid drug sale license on Form 11, while local purchase vendors require a valid drug sale license on Form 9 within a 10 KM radius of Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore. The last date and time for tender submission on the e-procurement system is 10-08-2026 before 11:00 am, with tender opening at 11:30 am the same day.
