Tender Description
The Office of the District Police Officer, Nankana Sahib, is inviting E-bids for a comprehensive framework contract covering a wide range of goods and services for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via electronic means through the PPRA and E-Procurement portals. The department seeks to engage authorized firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or distributors registered with relevant tax and registration authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and PEC.

The scope includes supply and maintenance of stationery, IT hardware and software, sports equipment, transport repair and maintenance, lubricants, plant and machinery, furniture, and building repair works. The contract is lot-wise and requires bidders to submit bids online through the E-Procurement system. Bidders must be registered with PEC and tax authorities and provide bid security as per the specified percentages. The contract duration is for the financial year ending 30 June 2027.
The tender opening is scheduled for 18 August 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid submission closing on the same day at 11:00 AM.
