The Office of the Chief Commissioner (IR) Regional Tax Office, located at Tax House, Katchery Chowk Rawalpindi, invites qualified bidders to participate in the repair works for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being repaired include: - Office Buildings - Residential Buildings - Transport services with mechanical workshop, denting, painting, wheel alignment and balancing equipment - Machinery & Equipment such as Photocopier Machines, Split Air Conditioners, Fax Machines, Electric Geysers, Plastic and Metal Exhaust Fans, Louver Bracket Fans, Plastic False Ceiling Exhaust Fans, HD Smart LED TVs, Generators, UPS, LED Lights, Injectors, Air Coolers, Refrigerators, Water Dispensers, Two-way Electric Motors, Microwave Ovens, Telephone Exchange, Water Motors, all kinds of lifts, and other machinery and equipment - Furniture & Fixture including Officers Chairs, Officer Tables, Revolving Chairs, Visitors Chairs, Staff Chairs and Tables, Computer Revolving Chairs, Cabinets, Wooden Work Stations, Sofa Sets, Repair of Aluminum/Wooden Doors, Wooden Partitions, Repair of Steel Racks, Repair of Wooden Almirah Drawers, and other furniture and fixture items - Hardware such as Printers, CPUs, Monitors, Keyboards, Laptops, Scanners, Multimedia Screens, and other hardware items - I.T. Equipment including repair/replacement of Network Cables, DVR/MVR/CCTV Cameras, and other related works The scope requires immediate and timely repair work, including work at odd hours if necessary. Bidders must have offices or sub-offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, sufficient experience, and bank accounts with vendor numbers allotted by AGPR. A refundable bid security pay order of Rs. 200,000 for office and residential buildings repair, and Rs. 300,000 for transport repair, must be submitted in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi. Use of damaged, substandard, defective, or used items will lead to forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting. All bidders must provide company/firm profile, income tax and sales tax returns for the last two years, CNICs of proprietors/partners/directors, NTN, sales tax registration and ATL status, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and relevant work orders and experience certificates for the last three years. The Departmental Purchase Committee reserves the right to request additional documents or relax requirements and may reject all bids under Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules.
