The Guard Battalion No. 7, Abbas Line Lahore invites E-bids for a framework contract under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and 6 March 2024 for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of POL Charges / Lubricant - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of Stationary Items - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of Printing & Publication - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of Uniform & Protective Clothing - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of Computer Stationary - Frame work of Contract for Purchase of Others Miscellaneous Item - Frame work of Contract for Repair of Transport/Purchase of Tyres, Batteries, Spare Parts, Air/Oil Filter & repair of work (Engine overhaul, Denting & Painting complete/minor etc.) - Frame work of Contract for Repair of Machinery & equipment - Frame work of Contract for Repair of Furniture & Fixture The scope includes supply and repair services for POL, stationery, uniforms, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, transport repair including tyres and batteries, machinery and furniture repair. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments and have prior experience. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated price per store is required as bid security via Bank Guarantee or online payment through 1-Link PSID. Bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx by 07-10-2026 before 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All rates include GST/PST and are valid until 30-06-2027.
