Tender Description
The C&W,P&PH Department District Loralai invites bids for the supply and installation of solarization equipment for various government girls high schools in Balochistan under the Public Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement is aimed at providing solar power solutions to schools to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply and enhance educational facilities.

The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of solar power systems at the specified schools. The bidder must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above (Upto 65 million) and must have a valid registration with the Pakistan Revenue Authority (FBR) and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidder must also provide an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and submit a bank guarantee or pay order as bid security amounting to 3% of the bid value.
