Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore is inviting e-bids from eligible bidders including manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principal importers for the procurement of various medical items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Office of the Medical Superintendent in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for the Purchase of Medicines for the year 2026-27 - Framework Contract for the Purchase of Surgical & Disposable Items & Surgical Devices for the year 2026-27 - Framework Contract for the Purchase of Lab Items for the year 2026-27 - Framework Contract for the Purchase of X-Ray Films for the year 2026-27 - Framework Contract for the Purchase of Medical Gasses for the year 2026-27 - Registration for Limited Purchase through Quotation (LPQ) Vendor for Medicine, Surgical Disposable etc. for the year 2026-27 - Registration for Local Purchase (LPP) Vendor for Medicine, Medical Devices, Surgical Disposable etc. for the year 2026-27 The technical scope covers supply of medicines, surgical disposable items, surgical devices, lab items, X-ray films, and medical gases. Vendors must be registered with the e-procurement system of PPRA Punjab and submit bids online. Earnest money is 2% of the estimated value for framework contracts and Rs. 50,000 for registration as LPQ or LPP vendor. Vendors must have valid drug sale licenses on Form 11 for LPQ and Form 9 for LPP within a 10 KM radius of Lady Willingdon Hospital Lahore. All taxes will apply as per government rules. Tender registration is valid until 30th September 2027. The last date for bid submission on the e-procurement system is 10th August 2026 before 11:00 am, with tender opening at 11:30 am the same day. Bidders should carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in separate envelopes as per serial number 1 to 5 instructions. Failure to comply with terms will result in rejection.
