Framework Contract for Purchase and Repair of Miscellaneous Items, POL Charges, Furniture, Machinery, Transport, and Building Repairs

The District Police Officer Okara invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) for a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-27. This contract covers purchase and repair of various miscellaneous items and services under multiple heads at the DPO Office, Okara. Items being procured: - Purchase of miscellaneous items including hot and cold items, sports fund, tent & tarpaulins, road safety and fair & exhibition materials, ordinance store, bed & box, meal charges, entertainment & gift items, computer hardware & equipment, software, electronic communication, advertising & publicity, IT equipment, plant & machinery, furniture & fixture, stationery, printing charges & computer stationery - Purchase of POL charges (lubricant) - Repair of furniture & fixture and repair of machinery & equipment & IT equipment - Repair of transport, tyres & tubes, batteries, filters, spare parts - Repair of other building office and residential The estimated cost for purchase/services goods and POL charges is Rs. 45 Million and for repair of furniture, machinery, transport, and buildings is Rs. 44 Million, totaling Rs. 89 Million. Bidders must submit a single sealed package containing one envelope along with proof of online submission/uploading at Punjab E-Procurement System (EP). Financial proposals will remain sealed and opened in the presence of responsive bidders. Bid security at 4% of the total estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, pay order, or bank draft in favor of the District Police Officer, Okara. Performance security at 5% of the total contract value will be required from successful bidders. All tenders must reach the office on or before 03 September 2026 before 11:00 A.M. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 P.M. Only firms registered with income tax, sales tax, and PRA departments are eligible. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
