Framework Contract for Repair of Hardware, IT Equipment, Software, Machinery & Equipment, Furniture & Fixture and Transport

The Finance Department Punjab invites E-Bids for a Framework Contract covering repair services for multiple categories including hardware, IT equipment, software, machinery & equipment, furniture & fixture, and transport in Lahore. The procurement is divided into seven (07) lots, each to be bid on separately through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Repair Transport (Multiple units, Rs. 50,000,000/-) - Repair of Motorcycles (Multiple units, Rs. 7,000,000/-) - Repair Machinery & Equipment (Multiple units, Rs. 5,000,000/-) - Repair Furniture & Fixture (Multiple units, Rs. 10,755,000/-) - Repair Hardware (Multiple units, Rs. 3,981,000/-) - Repair Software (Multiple units, Rs. 9,100,000/-) - Repair IT Equipment (Multiple units, Rs. 2,806,000/-) The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the listed categories. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure with separate contracts awarded for each lot. A 5% Bid Security of the estimated price for each lot is mandatory and must be deposited online through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
