Framework Contract for the Procurement of Sports Gears and Equipment

The Directorate General Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for a framework contract for the procurement of sports gears and equipment in Peshawar. This procurement is conducted under the National Competitive Bidding through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible local and national wholesale traders, distributors, or general order suppliers of sports goods with at least three years of relevant experience are invited to participate. Items being procured: - Sports Gears - Sports Equipment The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold valid NTN and Sales Tax (GST) registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 3,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in favor of the Directorate General Sports. This bid security will be converted into performance security upon award. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/tenders/Epadtenders or www.dgsports.kp.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 13th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Sports Qayyum Stadium Peshawar Cantt in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 7th October 2026 at 02:30 PM at the Directorate General of Sports Qayyum Stadium Peshawar. Bid evaluation will be based on item-wise selection. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 47 of KP Public Procurement Rules 2014.
