Framework Contract for Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothing

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD) through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) invites sealed E-bids (Technical & Financial) for a Framework Contract for Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothing. This procurement is specifically for firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothing The contract covers supply of uniforms and protective clothing as required by the department during the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. The bidding process includes a single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule 38 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 2,750,000, and must be submitted digitally via the prescribed banking channels in favor of the Project Director, SP&IU, EPCCD. Bids must be submitted by 28th August 2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after completion of procurement process and signing of contract with the successful bidder. The department is not responsible for failures in submitting e-bids or any technical errors. Interested bidders should have valid PEC category if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and meet all eligibility criteria.
