Framework Contract for Provision of Human Resource and Operations and Maintenance of 671 Water Filtration Plants in Faisalabad Division

Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) invites e-bids from contractors and firms registered with the registration system available on the eP having valid license from PEC in category C3 & above with relevant code ME-06, and registered with FBR & PRA (NTN and PNTN) for e-procurement on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The procurement is for a framework contract for the provision of human resource and operations and maintenance of 671 water filtration plants in Faisalabad Division for a period of 4 months, extendable for a further 8 months. Items being procured: - Provision of human resource - Operations and maintenance of 671 water filtration plants Bidders must download bidding documents from the eP website of the Authority and participate without paying any cost or fee. All e-bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Rs. 4,238,395 (2% of the estimated cost). The bid security submission will be processed digitally through the eP system and the amount transferred via 1Link or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Director General (O&M), PSPA, transmitted to BOP by SWIFT on MT 760. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelopes procedure. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Financial bids of technically nonresponsive bidders will remain unopened. The bids will be valid for 120 days. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Punjab PP Rules 2014 (Rule-35).
