Items being procured: - Grit Blasting of Tank External Surface (1,000 m2) - Application of Polyamine Cured Epoxy Mastic (2 coats, 150 microns DFT per coat, 1,000 m2) - Coating of Tank with Polyurethane Top Coat (minimum 60 microns, 1,000 m2) - Inspection and provision of Scaffolding Services (job) - Stenciling/Identification Markings on Tank Surface (job) - Supply & Fabrication of Steel Structure including welding, cutting, grinding (200 kg) - Supply of Miscellaneous Steel Materials including MS C-Channels, Angles, Chequered Plates, MS Pipes, MS Plates (200 kg) The technical scope includes grit blasting to near-white metal finish as per Swedish Standard SIS 055900 Sa 2.5 / SSPC-SP10, application of approved epoxy and polyurethane coatings with strict adherence to PSO specifications, and fabrication of steel patches for tank repairs. Scaffolding must be safe, stable, and compliant with safety standards. All work will be inspected and approved by the Terminal Engineer.
