Tender Description
Children Hospital Faisalabad invites eligible bidders for the provision of a framework contract for the refill, service, and maintenance of printer, scanner, and photocopy machines for the financial year 2026-27. The bidding is open to firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order service providers engaged in trading and duly registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax.
Items being procured:
- Refill, service, and maintenance of printer machines
- Refill, service, and maintenance of scanner machines
- Refill, service, and maintenance of photocopy machines
The bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available in English and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab E-Procurement System portals. Bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 07-09-2026 at 09:00 AM. Bidders are encouraged to register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to enable participation.
Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items must be provided via the digital system (1-Bill and PSID). Bidders must upload proof of bid security along with their bids. The bids will be opened on the same day at 09:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening.
Hard copies of bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for any failure in bid submission due to technical errors or internet failure. Lot-wise submission will only be accepted if submitted in the relevant lot.
Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The response time for the PPRA website will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of this advertisement.
Bidders should ensure timely online submission and maintain all required documentation to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to carefully review the tender documents and ensure compliance with all requirements before submission.
