Tender Description
Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batras Mansehra invites sealed tenders from sole distributors or authorized contractors for the purchase of fresh ration items including vegetables and fruits. This procurement is specifically for the Pakistan Scouts Cadet College located in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender requires firms to be well reputed and duly registered with income tax and sales tax authorities, and must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) maintained by FBR.

The scope of this procurement covers the supply of fresh vegetables and fruits to the college. Bidders must submit a Bid Bond in the form of Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Pay Order as security. The price quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and in Pakistani Rupees. Any bid without taxes will be rejected. Bidders must also provide an affidavit on stamp paper confirming that the firm is not blacklisted by any government or semi-government department.
The tender opening date is set for 27 July 2026. Bids must reach the office of the Principal Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batras by 11:30 AM on the same day. The bids will be opened at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room at PSCC Batras Mansehra in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents can be collected from the college during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5000 via Pay Order, Bank Draft, or cash in favor of the Principal PSCC Batras.
Firms must ensure all pages of the bid documents are signed and stamped by the authorized signatory. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The bid validity period is four months. No transportation or mobilization charges will be paid for the supply of items to the designated place.
