Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply and installation of QR Code Plates on LPG Cylinders. This procurement covers the Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi regions specifically for the HD and commercial delivery segment.

- QR Code Plate on LPG Cylinder
The scope includes supplying and installing QR Code Plates on LPG cylinders to enhance tracking and safety measures. Bidders must be registered on the SAP Ariba portal and have relevant experience in similar supply and installation works. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope system.
Bid documents can be collected through SAP Ariba from 16.09.2026 till 01.10.2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 01.10.2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 01.10.2026 at 03:00 PM onwards. The commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only.
